DEAD ARE COMING...
Our culture has definitely been Zombified - just like the wandering dead themselves, no area of our lives is free from the Zombie curse. Books, comics, tv series, video games, movies, t-shirts, lego figures, board games, plushies and action figures, have all witnessed an invasion of living dead.
I'm going to take a peek at three key areas from this list. I'll read books about Zombies, including comic series. I'll watch Zombie movies, sitting through the rotters and enjoying the rare few with an insoluble hunger. I'll pass judgement on Zombie video games (mainly those on the PC but other formats will be considered). Each item that attracts my attention receives a 5-star quality rating, separating the amazing from the abysmal. In addition, they are all honoured (or doomed) with a unique 5 Zombie head rating, giving an indication of the quality of the Zombie portrayal - 5 heads means a truly epic glimpse into the tireless inhabitants of an undead world, 0 heads spells doom for any Zombie memorabilia pertaining to 'the living dead'.
