The Australian Zombie-film, Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead, was an apocalyptic surprise smash-hit when it was released back in 2014. The original backed high-octane Zombie-action, mixed with grungy, Mad Max-style end of the world craziness and I absolutely adored it (expect a review soon). I am hugely excited for the sequel announced in this trailer. The movie maintains the icky, over-the-top, slightly comedic but-never-clearly-stupid action while somehow, making things appear more manic and unhinged. What I am most excited about though, is the end of the teaser - the introduction of the Franken-Zombie; a Zombie augmented with gruesome technology.
