Here it is, the final kill count in the series covering George A. Romero's original (and best) entries in the of the Dead series. Another great video this one, with the humour you'd expect from James. There is also some great behind-the-scenes info; I knew about the rancid pig guts that the actor playing Captain Rhodes had to endure but what I didn't know about was that, in Romero's original script, Bub (probably the most famous of all Zombies) had a fairly minor role. It was not until his first few scenes, showcasing Sherman Howard's awesome Zombie-playing skills, that Romero rejigged the script to give a bigger focus to everyone's favourite semi-intelligent ghoul. It is also a deep shock to learn just how badly the film performed at the box office when it released in 1985 and just how much this extremely poor reception affected both Romero, and the actors. I'm so glad times have changed; the movie now getting the recognition it deserves.
