In this stop-frame animation movie, a small boy called Norman struggles to fit in, emotionally miss-understood by his family and ridiculed by his peers. Norman has a unique skill in the town of Blithe Hollow, Massachusetts - he can see, hear and speak to ghosts of dead people and animals. Atop of all this, Norman's deranged uncle, Mr. Prenderghast, has informed Norman that he soon must take up the regular ritual to protect the town.
Possibly the first family entertainment Zombie movie ever made. There are no scares and the Zombies are not really the lethal kind but the homage to the slow moving, broken legged Zombies of Night of the Living Dead is great. A so-so film where some more humour would have helped.
