The centre panel shows the entries for the diary you've chosen. If that diary is marked as complete (on the far right panel), I won't be adding anymore entries - either the character I was playing in a Zombie game succumbed to the Zombie hordes (or met another grisly fate) or the diary simply reached its natural conclusion.
Each entry has room for comments at the bottom - add one if you've got an opinion that you want to share. Stay on topic, be mature and keep unpleasant words to a minimum. Excessive use of harsh language will see the comment dropped as quickly as a bullet to the brain ends a Zombie.
Enjoyed this diary and want to see more in the same vein? Brave the undead nightmare outside and get on over to the Contact page before the ravenous dead put an end to my scribblings.

Episode 1 - The Last Day | In this first episode, Joe Wheeler steps out into the world for the first time, almost a year after the apocalypse began. The world that confronts him is not a friendly place but he does find one companion (begrudgingly gaining another towards the end). Guns and ammo are hoarded - the essentials - and Joe gets his first glimpse of how brutal civilisation has become. | 19/04/2015 | |
Episode 2 - Fists don't need reloading | This episode marks the start of a whole new year - at least in our hero's mind anyway. The old life, one of comfort and elegance is gone, replaced with a hostile world where the dead don't stay dead, rising up to feast upon any living soul they come across. One must have friends in this world, and after having found (and reluctantly recruited) Alice and Gunman last episode, Joe now scouts the area for survivors willing to trade supplies. With the ruins of civilisation all around, can anyone be left alive? | 31/05/2015 |
Welcome to the extraordinary, amazing, groovetastic, first ever diary to be written exclusively for The Dead Times. I'm going to be using the indie game, Survivalist, for this one - a game I don't know much about apart from it involves surviving during a Zombie apocalypse. Everything written in the diary will be reflected in the game; if I get bitten by a Zombie through my own stupidity (something very likely to happen), I'll write about it here. When I die, the game is over and consequently, the diary will end. Prepare for horror, prepare for action, prepare for the odd dose of humour and, most importantly, prepare for reckless mistake-making due to not understanding the game mechanics.
Warning: This diary contains some mild harsh language.
